During 2005 to 2008 following restoration work undertaken.
Brakes and suspension removal.
Chassis cleaned and painted.
All wishbone bushes and bearings replaced.
Brake wheel cylinders, metal pipes, boxes and master cylinder all renewed.
Shock absorbers overhauled and metalastic bushes renewed.
Drums and hubs refurbished. Wheel bearings replaced.
Steering box overhauled. Steering idler bearings replaced. Track rod ends renewed as required.
Handbrake system overhauled and cables renewed. Wheels overhauled.
Steering wheel refurbished.
Engine, gearbox, under bonnet components, body fittings and interior trim all removed.
Carburettors serviced. Fuel pump overhauled.
Bodywork stripped to bare metal and minor repairs made to orginal and extremely sound coachwork.
Engine compartment painted.
Exterior re-painted to high standard. New screen rubbers fitted.
Body fittings re-plated and refitted.
New marchal driving lamps fitted.
Instruments serviced and wiring checked and reconnected.
Period musical air horn set serviced and refitted.
Motor stripped and completely rebuilt using new Classiche Dept. approved crankcase Cosworth pistons reground crank, overhauled cylinder heads, etc.
New modern clutch assembly fitted. Gearbox checked and serviced.
Radiator overhauled by specialist.
Headlining renewed and interior parts cleaned and refitted.
Motor and gearbox refitted. Ancillaries overhauled and car generally re-commissioned.
Wheels overhauled and new tyres fitted.
Road tested.
Final adjustments made.
